Moods

Most languages have what is known as 'moods' in their grammar, which shows the speaker or the writer's intention or attitude. Are they stating a fact? Or are they giving an instruction? Each intention uses a specific mood. In the video on the left, you can see an explanation and examples of the different types of moods in the English language.
